development of new jersey's two largest cities, newark and new jersey city has grown tax bases and number of businesses but, residential, rental prices are now trending upward they are displacing low income residents. so, what policies do you envision to prevent long standing residents from being displaced by gent try case. we will start with you. >> it is a problem we have to be alert to. one of the programs that the tax credits are supposed to pay attention to is making sure that they hire people in the community that they get that tax credit. for example, in jersey city they got billions dollars worth of tax credits. they are supposed to be hiring people. in camden they are. there is a company called hol tech that got 200 million-dollar worth of tax credits and they are hiring camden citizens and training them in ohio and bringing them back. those are kinds of things we have to monitor, make sure happen and in fact are happening in placeness new jersey. it is a condition of the credit, itself. the other thing we have to does fixing the affordable housing act. what we have to do, in my

unless you live along the jersey shore. maybe even south jersey. more showers and storms north ward. they are going to clip that area. you may be enjoying sunshine right now in cape may, but that could go away. and certain is for atlantic city and points north. across much of the area we're in sort of the sweet spot. it's very steamy outside and very warm. we have sunshine you can see it basically from the shore all the way out to the lehigh valley. further off to the west, we're look iing at some wrap around showers and some clouds that look so puffy, that's extremely cold air that's being pulled in all the way out of canada. there's some snow in the upper peninsula of michigan. and you can see the rotation of this big area of low pressure. it's digging deep into the ohio valley. it's a trough of this cool air. that has to rotate past us. this is the trough right here. you can actually just sort of make out the shape. and this is the warm air. the oranges are warm. the cold air is blue. let's watch what happens. as we move ahead to thursday, we ha
