let's get a check of traffic with jessica boyington. morning, jess. >> morning, bill.we're watching the schuylkill expressway right now. right near the vine street expressway on ramp. that's because the vine street expressway construction has just cleared out of the way. a little bit ahead of schedule, normally we see a little bit of a delay here at this off ramp spot, just because they have -- that's usually one of the last ramps to open back up to traffic. it seems like we're all good to go. no problems on the schuylkill or the vine street expressway. watch for extra construction crews in the area just to be safe. other than that, all lanes are open. mass transit, we have delays already this morning. pretty early for that. 28-minute delays for septa's airport train 401. all of the rest of mass transit pretty much run on time or close to schedule. i'll check in with more construction spots and more majors when i'm back in ten. >>> new from overnight in philadelphia, police and fire crews were forced to shut down a part of broad street after a car burst into flames fol
