jessica brown is here with the newest numbers. even though donald trump didn't win ohio he's still leading when it comes to the majority of delegates. take a look these numbers here to see where everyone stacks up. you can see donald trump is leading with 621 delegates. senator ted cruz with 396 governor john kasich with 138. we know that senator rubio just suspended his campaign after losing in his home state florida. so the question now is who will get his delegates? short answer-they don't belong to anyone anymore..and the majority of those delegates are now free to support whomever int he republican national convention. unless rubio tries to jump back in the race. by the way it takes 1,237 delegates to win the republican nomination for president. now lets look at the democratic delegate count here.. this according to bloombert.. hillary clinton leading big time with close to double what bernie sanders has. clitnon with 1561 delegates and sanders with 800. it takes 1,800delegates to win the democratic nomination for president.
