it does slow down a bit on the jfk, now 31 miles per hour. on that west side of the belt way the inner loop lanes looking at 52 and 55 on 90 in howard county. so all in all not too bad out there. we do have a disabled car to talk about. it's going to be on the northbound lanes of 95. so 95 is the best option for the ultimate route tonight. inside the city a new accident in fact. it's on baltimore street that's right at light street so that's going to leave us with a busier than usual pace there. heading all the way up towards 695, looking at an 11 minute ride but at least there are no incidents to get in your way. that's pretty much the same traffic pattern on the top side of the belt way moving through pikesville. we definitely have a lot of cars congregating on the outer and inner loop stretch but no significant delays to talk about in either direction. back to you. >> thanks. >>> beginning tomorrow it will be illegal to text while driving in the state of maryland. today students at anne arundel community college saw first hand how dangerou
