jill wagner of cbsmoneywatch.com joins us this morning with more.u. >> reporter: good morning. some good news when it comes to jobs. according to the labor department, more people quit in june. i know that sounds strange but it's actually a positive sign because it shows americans are feeling confident in the job market. well, yesterday concern about tensions overseas ended the market's two-day rally. the dow was down 9. the nasdaq dropped 12. apple followed other tech companies and released a breakdown of its workforce yesterday. it shows 54% of apple workers in the u.s. are white. 23% are asian. and 80% are men. now, the numbers are similar to those released by other big silicon valley companies like google, yahoo and facebook. twitter users could be seeing more advertisements. the social media company has started testing video ads within tweets. they will only play when users manually start them. it's part of twitter's effort to cut into some of the billions of dollars advertisers spend on television ads. >> so now we are hearing about the new hi
