last word, jillian mele is getting information that the person involved in the accident was trapped under the flipped over car, right, jillian? >> that's right. an overturned vehicle on its side, 76 eastbound just past montgomery drive as you approach girard avenue. all lanes blocked in this area. police have this shut down. police are actually the ones we are told turning the drivers around on 76 eastbound. just a few minutes ago i saw cars turning around and exiting on montgomery drive exit. just gettinging to the scene right now, let me step out of the way to get a good look at the scene. we have police out there, fire crews it scene. tow trucks out there as well. it's a little difficult to see exactly because it's still dark out but it appears that this is that vehicle that i mentioned is on its side right now. skyforce just getting there. and these are the images that i've seen, ahead of the response, all of the response out there as well. and you can see the delay we're dealing with on 76 eastbound. those are the vehicles stuck just sitting there. as i mentioned some of the vehicles

jillian mele has an update on a fatal accident. when did it happen, jillian? >> we got word 4:10 this morning. some time in that time frame, but 4:10 is when we started following that accident. interstate 78 in the lehigh valley. you can see this line of traffic. that's the eastbound side at route 141 and route 145. these drivers have just been sitting out there since we started monitoring this camera more than an hour ago. as you can see, no one is going anywhere. all lanes are blocked on the eastbound side of interstate 78 between 145 and route 309. keep that in mind, you can take route 22, if you need to get around that. now, just got word of a vehicle fire in chester. route 322 eastbound out near highland avenue and appears it be extinguished. police out there in the scene and not causing a big slow down in the area but something for you to be aware of. also following police activity happening in dekalb pike and, finally, we still have this accident in delaware. this is happening on the northbound side of route 13 right at interstate 295. not reporting any

first, jillian mele is watching traffic. >> good thursday morning to you, bill. a problem here on 95, all lanes temporarily blocked right now on 95 northbound as you approach cottman avenue. just a minute ago this was engulfed in flames. we had a heavy fire response. fire officials still have hoses out on the highway. you can see behind me fire department activity still out there right now all because of this tanker truck fire. again, just to recap, all lanes are temporarily blocked on 95 northbound right now. this is something we will continue to follow for you. the southbound side is not affected. we're not seeing any fire department activity at all. sometimes when you have a case like this, you can get at least one fire truck over there blocking one lane in the opposite direction, but that's not the case. this is just impacting, again, the northbound lanes on 95. we'll keep you updated in just a few minutes. now, aside from that, we're not reporting any other major problems on the highways. no accidents out there right now. average speeds on roads like the blu
