jim smith. what is the latest on the water main break? >> the latest is, it was a great example of a cooperative of baltimore city and baltimore county and state of maryland. the governor and i flew over the site around 9:30 this morning. most of the water had receded. we have full cooperation. bge was sending personnel to meet with the chief electrical inspector from the county. as soon as the basements were available, they went through to determine what the condition was. our fire department, the city and county and public works were pumping out basements. there were lots of good things. neighbors were helping neighbors and it was impressive. however, it has not at all the good news for it with every tragedy, some creditors come in and try to take advantage. a couple of contractors have come in and said they were sent by baltimore county and encourage people to sign a contract to clean up their basements. baltimore county did not send any contractors. we sent public service but anybody who is asked to sign a contract, baltimore county did not send those folks. as soon as i got to one of the areas in the village that was hard hit, peopl
