. >> i'm jim handly on a busy day in the news. first up, these storms that are kicking up on this tuesday around our region and doug kammerer has the first word on the weather and we've been tracking the showers and thunderstorms and some of them have become quite strong across the area and we're watching a line that's developed south and east of washington and you can see it on th fredericksburg and take a look, and you can see this line developing and what has happened here is we've had a couple of storms right here which is no longer there and actually sent out an outflow boundary and that's where all of these are now forming and all of them to the south of d.c. around fredericksburg over toward huntington and it's this storm right here which has a severe thunderstorm warning associated with it. this until 5:30 this evening and the biggest threat here and the only threat is going to be the potential for a very strong wind. upwards of 50 to 60 miles per hour and it's spotsylvania county and head's up if you're in this area from
