i had the pleasure of serving on the commission with commissioner jimmy herman, and he was such a wonderful person. so to ditto some of the public comment on this is a great day in port history, in that we're finally, i hope, putting a shovel in the ground and building a new cruise terminal. this is my second opportunity on building a new cruise terminal, but i feel really good about this one.
