the taliban say they believe everybody to be a target in the jirga. they have a document which lay claim to the official plans at this gathering. that was denied by various security agencies and by police. but there is no doubt that security is at the highest possible level. long-time residents here in kabul are saying they've almost never seen anything like this. there are new road blocks all around the city. there are an additional 150 mobile police check points. police at the gate into the city for the past 72 hours have been denying access to anybody who didn't have a national identity card. earlier in the week, the insurgents managed to get a team of three close to the venue where the jirga is being held. one bomber was killed trying to gain access. the fear is that there will be other attackers already in position trying to disrupt this jirga, which the taliban have vowed to do. >> 17 preschoolchildren have been killed in a head-on collision between a mini bus and a truck in western china. two adults also killed in this crash. 45 people injured

i don't like it it's it's it's seems to me that most a loya jirga is comprised of. his chief competitor if you would if you can call it that every country that has a single bill principle and who is not there i don't believe many of the pain shares are there any of the other treasury x. and so i i don't know what to make of it and i find his demeanor. to be a little bit unreasonable even though i have to agree that you have been have been on record as saying i don't think the night raids are a smart move right now he has demands but he also has desires for troops to stay for another ten years past twenty four. for more funding to help train our campuses can you think of any reason why after twenty four we would still need troops to be there for ten years. no i can't i can't think of any good reason why we would other than the national reputation international prestige and loss of fish. but that that would be a hard reason to sacrifice a son or daughter in a in a full on hope if you will and so no i don't i don't see exactly a good reason for saying that. i will i wa
