thank you so much, jobina. the bay area pilot accused of trying to shut off a plane's engines as it was heading to sfo is expected to appear in federal court in portland today. that's where the plane diverted and police arrested 44 year old joseph emerson late sunday. emerson was in court earlier this week and pleaded not guilty to the 83 attempted murder counts that is one for each person aboard that flight, emerson was hitching a ride in the cockpit's jump seat when this all allegedly happened . the fbi affidavit says that emerson suddenly said, i'm not okay before trying to pull the t handles on the plane. and he's also accused of trying to open the exit door. emerson told police he thought he was having a nervous breakdown and that he had not slept in 43 hours. court is set for 2:00 this afternoon. >> this morning, the situation in the gaza strip is growing more dire. the un agency for palestinian refugees has issued a warning, saying it is on the verge of running out of fuel. the agency says the developmen
