maryland and virginia region 10 years ago now says he was a victim, that he was sexually abused by john allen muhammad. an exclusive interview with abc, he talks with matt lauer the telephone about the devotion to mohammad and the claims that he had been sexually abused throughout his childhood. he said he did not have the willpower to stop the killing. the now 27-year-old is now at the red onion state prison in virginia, serving a life sentence. >> a college education this became a little more affordable in maryland, which shows the state's tuition among the best. it dropped down to this 27th most expensive state to attend college. >> it is good news, but the price of a college education in maryland has gone up, just not as much as in other states. you could say it was perfect timing. the governor at a planned meeting in annapolis with more than a dozen college student leaders from across the state. some of them join him by way of the internet. tuition has gone down from eight highest to the 27 highest in the nation. >> when you make better choices, you get better results. recently we started making
