"action news" reporter john rawlins is live in center city with the details. . >> reporter: hi, walter. we just had a briefing here at 3 o'clock and the take away is buckle up, it's going to be a bumpy ride for commuter on the rail system tomorrow starting tomorrow it will be going for quite awhile. septa is scam scrambling because of the loss of the use of its silver liner rail cars. they'll be using a modified saturday schedule tomorrow until further notice. >> please be patient. this is very challenging for us. we have everybody working to understand the problem and what the solution is. it's not a short-term fix that we really encourage when you look at our -- our whole transportation network, the real message is you have a lot of options. >> reporter: almost overnight septa lost 13,000 rail seats in its 120 newest rail cars. so on a normal weekday, 65,000 people may ride the rails, so it's estimated tomorrow it's likely only 35 to 40,000 may find a seat on a train. among the options, take buses, trolleys or other septa mass transit. one possibility, drive

it was prompted after a major water main break, "action news" reporter john rawlins is live at the scene at river road and del air roads. >> reporter: hi rick, too much wash coming out of sky and behind me too much water coming out of ground. quite frankly that is not suppose to be tlx a break in the water main beneath it. it broke at 2:00 this afternoon and that caused a lot of issues for consumers of water in camden. for folks west of cooper river, they are in a boil water alert situation, that is 40,000 people. about 14,000 connections. the whole idea here any water that you should ingest in any way, should you mix it with juice or baby formula or wash your vegetables, that water should be boiled first to an roiling boil. to kill any bacteria that may have gotten into the system. it's possible it could have happened. they want to be on the safe side as a precaution. the 40,000 people west of cooper river on the camden water system should be boiling their water on drinking bottled water. it looks like it will take longer than 3 to 6 hours and it could take overnight just to fix the wat

john rawlins is live in lumberton with more on the investigation. >> reporter: hi sharrie, this is a quiet neighborhood in a town of 12,000 to 13,000 people. news of a homicide here is unsettling to say the least. authorities are releasing little information. the yellow house behind me is being kept at a crime scene, investigators were here all day yesterday and they searched the house and searched the roof of the house and the yard as well as the inlets of the local storm sewers. >> the whole road was blocked off and there was just suvs and detectives and blanks and e mexico ts and fire department. and that is not all there when someone just passes away. >> the block is quieter today just a trio of investigators. 45-year-old shannon o'rourke was founded in her home by an acquaintance. authorities say it's a homicide but not how she was killed. neighbors say that o'rourke worked at a local printing company and was a pet sitter. they were friends with her niece who often stayed at her home. >> very kind and welcoming to anyone who she meets and just a great friend. >> i don't see how
