lisa washington in san jose right now with the very latest. >> san jose police have not released a lot of information regarding this investigation but we do know that the shooting happened just after 8:30 p.m. last night. san jose police were initially falling and s u v that was in connection with eight weapons branch in case. the first spot that s u v near the intersection of south king and story roads and when officers attempted to stop the s u v, we're told the driver headed north on interstate 680. police were able to find the s u v a short time later. during the search for the people inside of the s u v we know that one of the san jose officers fired his weapon at one of those suspects. that person was not injured but was taken into custody. no other suspects were found the police are still looking for them. the have not release a lot of information all the we do expect to hear from them later this morning. >> oakland police are looking into a possible home invasion- robbery that sent one man to the hospital. investigators say that two men robbed a home just after midnight. the vi
