lisa, why don't you bring in julian lee good lisa: julian lee of bloomberg opinion.seeing that left to oil markets. a dramatic recovery. 75% in crude prices this month. a lot of it comes as shale producers and marginal producers shut down oil wells and do not drill more. how much more upside to people think there is right now in crude? toian: people are starting see crude prices have run a little bit ahead of where they ought to be. we certainly seem to have seen the low point of oil demand, certainly in terms of comparisons with last year. that appears to have passed some time in early to mid april. there are signs demand is picking up in some areas, particularly in asia, and particularly in gasoline as more people are driving their cars. there does seem to have been quite significant shift away from public transport to private transport. that means more cars on the roads in chinese city. we are seeing the same in europe. i have no doubt the same in the u.s. as well. that provides some support. part of the problem is we have had not just a month, but we have had six

abc7 news reporter julian glover is live with the details. julian? >> hi, good morning, kumasi.e of the game is really all about expanding testing here in santa clara county and really trying to reach those underserved communities where enough testing is simply not happening right now. so, as you mention, two new testing sites coming online and opening up in 30 minutes from now. the one at james lick high school in east san jose and the other being christopher high school in gilroy it's a public private partnership a health services company now operating 80 testing sites throughout the state of california. again, testing will be by appointment only so you can't just drive up to this one. it will be happening monday through friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. anyone can get a test, but anyone with symptoms and first responders that are asymptomatic, those people are given pritorty. you can schedule by call or online. and you can find the website to go and schedule that appointment on our website abc7news.com. and here is health officer dr. sarah cody explaining why it is so important t
