investigators believe justin odom and the other man know each other. one of the twelve year old girls accused of stabbing a friend, will undergo a second mental evaluation. a doctor told the court in wisconsin that the girl is not competent to stand trial. but then prosecutors ordered another exam, to see if she is mentally ill. the other defendant has not been examined. prosecutors say the girls tried to kill a friend, to impress an online horror character called "slender man." the victim was stabbed 19 times, but she survived. a raging wildfire is burning through 38-hundred acres of land in rural northern california. more than one thousand firefighters are battling the so-called "butts fire" on the ground and from the air. the fire has destroyed at least five buildings and is threatening nearly 400 others. at least 160 homes were evacuated. officials say drought conditions are helping to fuel the fire. it's is 30-percent contained. no injuries have been reported, and the cause of the fire is unknown. police in pennsylvania arrested a man accused of a
