i'm told justin turner is on his way to baltimore. unless he has a strong hankering for a crab cake, it's to take roberts' place. the only other explanation is they may want him here in case they make that decision, otherwise send him back to norfolk. already sensing they are leaning heavily to putting brian on the d.l. turner makes sense, he's a second baseman, he's on the 40-man roster unlike andino and scott moore. he says he really needed another four to six days before he was ready to play. he said this morning he can't go more than a couple days without brian. so if you do the math, if he can't go more than a couple and brian says four to six, you got to put him on the disabled list. he doesn't want to play a man short any longer. i talked to brian this morning, and he said the muscle really wasn't that much better. he was going to see a doctor again, get reexamined. you could just tell at that point there was no way he was going to be able to stay on roster. my concern with brian because so many bad things are happening to him,
