we have gary to thank for kathleen moving to kansas. went to the university of kansas and received a master's degree. in 1986 she ran for public office and was elected to serve at the kansas house of representatives. she served in the house for eight years and in 1994 she was elected insurance commissioner for kansas. that election was remarkable because she beat an incumbent and was the first democrat to hold that office and 100 years. she is to say -- she used to say they have always done it this way. when she was commissioner, she focused quite quickly on consumer issues and gravitated immediately to issues of health. healthcare has been a passion of hers. she served as the chair of the health committee for the national association of health commissioners. during her second term, she took a move that was first in the nation in terms of denying the acquisition of kansas's bluecross blueshield. the reason she denied that was because of the increase of rates would have been a significant on individuals. in 2002 she was elected governor.

i was a little kid in fourth grade at fort leavenworth kansas just before i went over there and saw captain chuck yeager flying the secret shooting star at an air show and i knew what i wanted to do and i got there -- current chief of naval operations and a slew of other people and when things got rough in hanoi my mind what flash back to those days where i was learning by military transit stuff from the brits and we had the privilege that will sergeants that told everything were the naval academy where even if you couldn't do something you did it any way. if you are told to do something you did it, period. i am sitting here next to tim.

at bellville, kansas, right at the north part of kansas. this tractor was used at a local co-op. they pulled some kind of a fertilizing unit with it, that farmers could rent this tractor, and fertilize for a few hours or a day putting their fertilizer on. it's got under 3,000 hours on it, which is very unique, and it's got a four-post roms top on it which is very rare. most of them either had a two- post or a cab. i would say most of them probably had a cab with air conditioning back then. this is a 1468 which they put a v8 in. they got the engine from the truck division, a dv550, a very unique-sounding engine and pretty solid v8. they made 'em for about four or five days. the other day i pulled myself, the skid roeder out of the pond, but things like that. other than i went and got the biggest tractor because i was stuck pretty bad. this is my favorite tractor. it has got all the bells and whistles and large tractor. it's about 150-horsepower. and does a very good job. >> this engine, the dv550, made by the ha international harvester truck
