let me introduce our two reporters, neil king and karen tumulty. >> let's start with the new year. we are going into an election year. the new health care law is really sort of finally kicking fully into gear. it looks like the new year will begin with fights over minimum wage and long-term unemployment. what are the issues you are going to be watching most closely? which do you think are going to matter the most? >> in november, obamacare will be the top issue. you basically have two parties. one who was trying to stop the bill from going forward, new -- knew socialized medicine was not going to work and tried to stop it. another party willing to do everything it could to make sure the bill went forward. when you see the implications, the implementation started in terms of job loss, full-time workers, temporary workers, premiums going up. it was gone the last couple of months in terms of the federal government not being able to implement a project of that magnitude. november will fundamentally be about this difference between one party, the party of woodrow wilson's progressivism

here now is karen finney, host of "disrupt with karen finney." great to see you. >> hey, richard. >> you were listening to senator wine better and her responses. there is the development of outside legal help being secured. there's the double dynamic of two efforts being levied here, one by the assembly and one by the senate itself. they may clash here, so there's a lot of moving parts? >> there are, and again we're in the situation where we don't yet know what we don't know. the problem that chris christie will have, regardless of what a poll says today, is that as this unfolds, there's going to be more questions, more information. i think one of the biggest questions will be whether or not he will invoke executive privilege, which he has done in the past. doing something like that opens up -- you could write the ads for 2016, even if there is perfectly reasonable reasons why he does it, it raises the questions, why would you do that? what are you trying to hide? i think the challenge that christie has is he will be on defense for the majority o
