good morning karen rogers. could tell you things are only wet this morning but as karen just said as you get north in berks county, lehigh county, upper bucks county, there is still some frozen precipitation falling and even in spots where that frozen precipitation is not falling like here in northern montgomery county you still have some slush left over on the roadway. this is 309 at the five points intersection. the main travel lanes are mostly wet but as you go to make turns and such you're going the find some of that slush and you could go sliding. we have a truck that's spinning its wheelings just off 309 along swartley road right by 309 office furniture in hilltown bucks county this morning. icy condition there is causing that truck not to be able to gain traction. we're watching a new crash in upper dublin along dresher town road near camp hill road. still have the house fire in lower moreland along manor road at locust drive. but on the big picture speeds so far look okay along the schuylkill expressway

eva pilgram talked to people preparing for what is to come and first meteorologist, karen rogers has the latest from accuweather. >> we look at winter storm warning in effect it twos into effect at 11:00 and lasts through tomorrow evening at 7:00. for accumulating snowfall that is a long duration to deal with the snow storm but right now it's just light rain, reading and allentown and wilmington currently. light rain at times through the day on and off and temperatures in the 40s, no snow for us just yet but stormtracker 6 live double scan showing it's on the way and they are already getting some out to the west this is an arctic front passing through and as it does, the temperatures will drop and the rain changes to snow. lets talk about the timeline, it happens in the overnight hours the rain changes to snow in the morning it's snowing heavy at times, the heaviest looks to be 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the afternoon hours we start to see it end and then it pulls out of philadelphia and ends from the northwest to the southeast and leaves the coastline by the end of the afternoon. 4 to 8

t's find out about that forecast from david murphy and we have matt pellman in for karen rogers, good morning. >> reporter: all right, tam and matt first things first. let's look at the radar image we have light precipitation crossing through especially near philadelphia and up to the north. we could have freezing action up until 9:00 a.m. not a big problem but if you see wet roads they are probably icy, you want to slow it down. same things goes for sidewalks too. winter weather advisory up until 9:00 a.m. maybe the last one of the season maybe. this is only because of the light, spotty freezing rain. in addition to that we had did have melting overnight and there could be a freezeup on sidewalks and side streets because of that. use caution. spotty freezing rain and melting snow causing icy patches. matt pellman will be pushing that idea, as well in traffic. we have precipitation in western pennsylvania that might pop through in the next couple of hours. anything that falls after 9:00 a.m. is rain and no longer a freeze up. some areas closer to the city closer to the freezing mark i
