we have karen rogers in for david murphy matt pellman is watching i-95. >> reporter: not a happy time for i-95 northbound it's blocked at 413 in bristol township because of a fatal overnight accident that happened at 1:00 a.m. this morning. action cam live on the scene. you can see the accident. it was a one-vehicle accident, but four people were in the car, as i said one of which was killed. the vehicle lost control before 1:00 a.m. you can see the wheels in the air, they are investigating out here right now. they are forcing all the northbound traffic off on to 413. you can't keep going northbound on i-95 up into bucks county. coming back out hear, what i am recommending instead is the northbound side of route 1, the super highway. southbound is reopened overnight construction at oxford valley road is gone. one is a better bet than i-95. no issues on i-95 in the city, schuylkill expressway, boulevard all look fine. it is a little bit foggy in portions of delaware county and chester county. you can see that in exton, overnight construction at 202 is cleared out of the way. a little b
