park where the quakes play. let's talk weather. speaking of airports. sfo. lot of clouds. the sun today. kind of a mixed bag. >> meteorologist kathy joining us this afternoon with a look at the weather conditions and i drove right by sfo this afternoon. it was bright sunshine. and then of course, some clouds. lot of clouds, especially right along the mountain tops some clouds of vertical development. here's what we have going on right now. still, some scattered showers stretching across the bay area and some snow in the sierra. now you'll notice also out in the pacific, little bit of lightning strikes there. there is a possibility of some thunderstorms for us. you see these clouds of vertical development right here in san jose. yeah, some blue skies but those blue skies allow the sun's rays to hit the ground and create some lift. and that's one of the ingredients for thunderstorms. so there's a chance not a certain thing at all. but when you see those clouds that are really starting to stack up vertically, that's where you can see those thunderstorms develop. in the meantime, a coastal flood advisory is in effect and that is notic
