kathy's park is monitoring -- kathy park is monitoring for us.ey tying up the arguments today? >> good morning. prosecutors continue to present a number of forensic digital and video evidence this morning, a surgeon with the university of georgia walked through several cameras showing a man wearing dark colored clothing, appearing to match the description of the suspect. he is seen stalking an apartment building and there was a moment we saw images of laken riley out on a run and it was the same day that she was killed and during that time, her mom and roommates began to cry, understandably so. we heard about her phone activity and one of the texts from her mom was read out loud and she wrote, i am worried sick about you. prosecutors have said they would likely wrap-up today. it is unclear what time and how many witnesses they will call to the stand. the judge though, made an announcement a short time ago saying that five body camera photos will be reviewed and however the media is asked not to publish the images. >> we are continuing to monitor.

kathy, thank you. >> hundreds gathered in piedmont for a vigil honoring 3 young people who died in a car crash earlier this week. community members came together at piedmont parkund 5 o'clock friday evening. neighbors and friends said the victims were college students visiting their families for the holidays. police say the crash happened just after 03:00am on hampton road wednesday. officers say the cybertruck they were in crashed, jumped a curb, crashed into a tree and burst into flames. one person survived. they were rushed to the hospital in critical condition. police say speed was a factor in the crash but have not ruled out whether drugs or alcohol were involved. and what of caution, if you're on the road this weekend, the california highway patrol reminding people to drive slow and sober as the s t more congested with holiday travelers. several deadly crashes have been reported across the bay area. the chp confirm alcohol was a factor for one of those incidents. the most recent crash out of the east bay forced all lanes of highway 40 shut down for hours. this happened around 5.30, friday near railroad avenue. officers say a car crashed into a disabled v
