here's jason brooks with kcbs and cbsmoneywatch.com. jason, with lower oil prices, could that mean lower gas prices? >> good morning, grace and frank. absolutely, that's what we are going to be seeing in the next few days at the pump. gas prices have already been falling about 22, 25 cents over the past month. we are going to see an even bigger slide. the international energy agency decided to tap into the world's strategic petroleum reserves. it's going to release 60 million barrels of oil onto the market over the next month. the u.s. will represent about 30 million of those barrels. it's because the production has dropped in libya 1.5 million barrels a day. crude prices are down over $4 this morning to about $91 a barrel. that's a level we have not seen since early february. unfortunately, stock prices are also plunging this morning. weekly jobless claims came in higher by 9,000 to 429,000. we have not seen claims below 400,000 in over 11 weeks. that signals continuing stalling of job growth. that's something that's really vexing the

here's jason brooks with kcbs and cbsmoneywatch.com. how hot is wall street going to be today?ll, we'll see if wall street is going to rise up with the summer temperatures. probably not as hot as the growth we are seeing at facebook at least. facebook has about 700 million users worldwide. now its poised to top yahoo as the top leader for display advertising. the emarketter says with 80% growth this year, facebook will have 17.7% of the display advertising marketed topping yahoo for the first time which would have about 13.1%. google is growing pretty well too up 34% to about 9.3%. and that's probably poised to take over for yahoo in the next couple of years, as well. facebook seeing double growth over the past couple of years. and when you have that many eyeballs, that's where all that money is flowing to. the stock market is really focused on greece once again. the greek government is facing a confidence vote today which is necessary in order for the government to pass new austerity measures by the end of the month which are required if greece wants to get a second bailout fr

he is on scene from kcbs radio. what can you tell us about the fire, matt?> reporter: well, it's a big fire. it's at least three alarms. they are talking about going to four. i'm looking at it right now. it's been burning for over an hour and flames are still shooting out of the roof at the two-story building. you probably have shots of it on television. what's surprising is that it's still going. they have gone defensive on this meaning nobody inside. it's too dangerous. the flames were actually strong enough to catch some of the palm trees on fire. they had to douse the trees keep those from burning. everybody got out okay. that's the good news there. were 28 students inside the fraternity. and i'm blanking on the name at the moment. but 28 students all got out okay. i just talked to them. they are obviously distraught about what happened. one firefighter has been injured. he suffered some sort of injury to his hand and he has been taken to the hospital. but beyond that looks like even though it looks bad, so far no major injuries and everybody got out oka

a los angeles sister station kcbs-tv uncovered a police report from henderson, nevada, 20 miles southeastf vegas. in the report, officers identify a shooting suspect as giovanny ramirez with a y this time possibly a clerical error. the report says ramirez went to this home in henderson wearing a black hoodie and blue dodgers ball cap. he and another man flashed a badge pretended to be police officers and lured a man out of the home according to the report. ramirez opened fire shooting the man several times according to the report. that suspect, ramirez in nevada, has the same birth date and physical description as the one in custody in los angeles. according to the henderson police report, the shooting was in retaliation for the death of ramirez's own daughter. klas tv in las vegas says this man was the intended target of the shooting. a man was arrested in 2006 for the child abuse homicide of a baby girl but it was actually another man who ended up getting shot this january. police in henderson say they haven't publicly named anyone as a suspect in that case of attempted murder. ramirez'
