kevin mccarthy lost. the democrats have delivered 80 billion dollars for the internal revenue service and additional funding. that is the largest funding increase at the internal revenue service in its history. and as part of this deal with kevin mccarthy to appear to cut government spending, joe biden has decided to give the irs only 70 billion dollars increase since that at the 80 billion dollar increase. and the 70 billion is that the largest increase of funding and irs history. and president biden will then spread that ten billion dollars virtually going to the irs across areas of so-called spending cuts that republicans want to, in effect, neutralize those spending cuts. the senate republican party that legislated and 18% spending cut across every government activity except the military. is now accepting the steal. that was their proposal for increasing the debt ceiling. they got none of that. the problem for the winners in a deal like this is if they declared themselves to be winners at this stage,
