. >>> but first, we'll go to storm team 4 meteorologist tom kieran now for more on the conditions we are dealing with right now. tom, good morning. >> good morning. storm team 4 radar showing no snow around the metro area. we are getting a little bit of light snow in far southern maryland in southern st. mary's county and then across the potomac into the northern neck of virginia. this area in pink is a little bit of light freezing drizzle east of richmond forward virginia tidewater. that's advancing to the north and east. there could be a little patch of freezing drizzle in the eastern neck over the next hour or two. farther west, just a few scattered places of some light, freezing drizzle. that's south of fredericksburg where we have a winter weather advisory in effect until noon today. watch out for that in calvert, charles, st. mary's, northern neck and spotslvania. a little freezing drizzle is possible otherwise clouds just coming through. and the other threat is the snow that melted overnight and created some moisture on the roads. it has begun to freeze up a little bit. this a
