that police arrested a 23-year-old johnny lozano this, has been a high profile murder case.67t kimberly chico was hit by a stray bullet early saturday morning. she was riding in a car in the entertainment district. it appears she was the unintended victim of a drive by shooting. the student had just gotten her assistant nursing certificate last month. a special gang unit was cruising san jose yesterday. one officer spotted some young people hanging out.
