the other good news in here is that david oh,'s got some great neighbors over there, and in his kingsessing neighborhood, probably known him for decades since he's lived there his whole life. they helped him just before 10:00 and the other good thing is where he lives not too far in southwest philadelphia from this emergency room right here. immediately over here, checking up on him, is good friend the philadelphia city council president david clark who said it can happen to anyone at any time. it doesn't matter who it is. random violence strikes again. and he also had a sense of humor, he said, karen, thomas, that david oh, probably will be ready to talk about legislation on the phone today, since he's got hearing coming up on one every his bills. so, that all sounds like good news, and it could have been a lot worse. but this shows as darryl clark said it can happen to anybody at any time. specially when you feel safe around your home, you can see in the video that in a neighborhood very nice twin homes, very well kept, and crime can creep in at any time. >> neighborhood as you mentioned
