debro, kraig?porter: it's all happening over here and you mentioned we have reports we have now been able to confirm there is a standoff between police and the man that lives in the complex. it started at 2:30 this morning and he says it is an every night occurrence. every night he asks this man to turn down his stereo and he was threatened by the person inside the apartment and called police. now the latest, we have been listening to the scanner traffic and we understand the police said the man has a machete and at one point he said bang bang, you are dead and the man said he was seen with a handgun and they put up tape to prevent people from going any further. you can see a fire truck engine on the scene and behind that there is an ambulance of course just incase this situation should get violent. we have been told by police they are getting ready to shut down the whole area. we don't know when but it has something to do with the life of a standoff and the fact that rush hour is fast approaching.
