i'm kris sanchez, along with vianey arana, who's been very busy this morning because we do have that microclimate weather alert. i know we saw frost on some of the windshields in the parking lot. >> we did and we are expecting to see even colder temperatures tonight. so we are going to keep that microclimate weather alert as we continue to see those 30s and 20s for parts of tri-valley and even out near north bay. here's a look right now at walnut creek. we're seeing 30s all the way around, 36 degrees in san francisco, and out near san jose, also until the 30s at about 33 degrees. now, areas like walnut creek, we could be seeing those 20s drop even lower. we're taking 24, 25, so we are definitely going to want to keep an eye on that, which means that freeze warning that was supposed to be in effect until 8:00 a.m. today has been extended until 8:00 a.m. tomorrow. so if you have any plans that need to be covered or any pets that you typically have hanging out outdoors, you might want to bring them in. that frost advisory has also been extended and that is for san francisco and of cours
