abc's kristin fisher is joining us from washington with more. good morning, kristin. >> reporter: fortunately, this stowaway was harmless. but what about if a terrorist did what this teenager did? that has authorities scrutinizing security at airports across the country. securities is still investigating how a 15-year-old boy was able to sneak past security and stowaway on hawaiian airlines flight 545. >> we're reviewing what happened. >> reporter: investigators are studying surveillance footage to see how the teen was able to scale the fence undetected, before bolting across the tarmac and jumping into the plane's wheel well. it's a major security breach that's raising red flags for aviation experts and your average flyer. >> you think, oh, my goodness. they didn't see anything? >> reporter: airport officials say those security cameras are can constantly monitored. >> every program is not 100%. and it appears this teenager did scale a section of our perimeter fence, under cover of darkness and remained undetected. >> reporter: as investigators l
