kron. 4 news. is a engaging in acts with 18. >> it allegedly happened more than 17 years ago involving a 15 year-old boy. the district attorney's office says the suspect in the cole paralysis met the boy while he was in custody at the alameda juvenile justice. enter the acts reportedly took place between 2004 2005, if convicted problems could face nearly 4 years behind bars. to alameda county. sheriff's deputies are charged with falsifying records in connection to a suicide. this all stems from an incident at the santa rita jail in 2021. 2 deputies were monitoring an inmate who told jail staffers she planned to take her life. the deputies were supposed to check on the inmate every 30 minutes. but the da's office says surveillance video shows the deputies skip some checks sometimes for as long as an hour. and 47 minutes. the deputies are also accused of doctoring logbooks. the woman who died was set to be transferred to a second psychiatric hospital. coming up on the kron 4 morning news with million
