. >> krystal: good afternoon. joined this afternoon by kyndell nunley. appreciate you being with us. imagine renting a house for the weekend, you are on vacation when you realize the person you rented from has been watching on hidden camera. >> kyndell: that's what one man is accused of doing right here in the valley. news 3's craig fiegener joins us live. the cameras were hidden in smoke discovered. it was a group of las vegas visitors. they booked a house to stay in while they were here in january. and they noticed while they were in the house that one of the smoke detectors appeared to have what looked like a camera lens in it. so they called metro. metro sent out detectives and detectives ultimately found eight pin hole type cameras hidden in smoke detectors and in one case a radio that sat on a desk that faced a bedroom bed. it was learned about yesterday. but it happened in january. the eight co-workers rented a house for the week when they were here for the consumer electronics show. they rented it from a man named chris rogers. the cameras were f

let's get right to meteorologist krystal klei and your first alert neighborhood forecast. krystal?morning, everyone. still checking the visibility map. we have to worry aboutç patchy fog out there. good news is, not nearly as dense as it was yesterday. for the most part, things look okay. ten is the highest value you'll see on a map like this. we have tens, allentown, wilmington, reading, philadelphia and northeast philly, one mile for mt. pocono and mt. holly. some areas are seeing fog or what i suspect is low-hanging clouds effects visibility out there. you see atlantic city to millville at 4 miles per hour. commute cast, patchy fog, partly cloudy as we move through your afternoon to mostly cloudy in some areas. icons not going to change much. through the day, we will see the clouds hanging overhead, 54 the lehigh valley and 59 in delaware. then we take a look, delaware this afternoon heading home, 68 degrees. 66 new jersey and 65 along the shore. the pennsylvania suburbs at 67 degrees. 70s on the board. you can see that on the bottom of your screen. coming up, we'll take a look

meteorologist krystal klei is tracking matthew. krystal? >> that's right. 155 miles per hour winds, that's the latest update. it is a category four system. the hurricane is going to turn to the north, going to effect areas like haiti and jamaica. 2:00 a.m. sunday, starting to make the turn, still a category four. category three nearing haiti, jamaica, cuba as well. this is a big concern. it pushes through cuba. still a category two in the forecast and projection cone starts to widen. this is more time out. likelihood of it making this exact point is lower. still this is the potential zone the system will move into with 100 plus miles per hour winds. and then potentially even effecting parts of florida as we move through thursday. it may even effect our forecast but that's still a ways off. we will get to that in a moment. let's talk right now. radar and satellite shows us we have showers, thunderstorms picking up near us, not over us yet. we are cloudy and foggy in patches on the shore as well as through parts of delaware and nearing parts

let's start with meteorologist krystal klei with the nbc 10 first alert weather. we've seen in the traffic cameras the fog that people are dealing with this morning. >> we expected more fog this morning because we have that moisture hanging around, although we have started to fall under a bit more dry pattern which is why yesterday we were able to see sunshine in the afternoon. here's what we're looking at, areas of fog, hazel down to three-quarter mile visibility. this is an extremely dense fog, patchy fog. four-mile visibility in reading and five miles for blue bell, dropping into philadelphia. northeast philly looks fine. we have low-hanging clouds. some of our top of tower cameras are starting to see the gray out you see sometimes. four miles visibility in mt. holly and actually as we look through new jersey we see some areas where the fog is a little thicker. millville is at four mile as well as atlantic city outside. drive with caution out there. not as rough as yesterday. radar and satellite shows us we have showers trying to make their way through new jers

let's get more from meteorologist krystal klei. >> you're right. later today things will be better when the sun starts to warm us up. it is chilly this morning. 46 in philadelphia. i have to say just from my car to the building, cold walk. 37 where we are in coatesville at 43 and 42 in atlantic city. compare it to 24 hours ago, most of us are colder. seven degrees so in allentown, three degrees cooler in mount holly, couple degrees cooler in atlantic city. not talking freezing but we are talking chilly temps. if you look at the frost advisory in place, it is almost the entire viewing area through 9:00 a.m. the only areas not in it are delaware through wilmington to trenton. regardless, we're talking cold starts depending where you're at, 30s versus 40s you'll be seeing this morning. take a look at radar and satellite. tight view of the area. we don't have much cloud coverage to track. temperatures will warm into the 60s, but the 60s are nothing compared to how warm we're going to get as we move into the work week. talking a huge warmup. coming up,
