the 42-year-old paramedic and father of two has been here since he was beaten at an l.a. dodger game march 31st. tonight he's still in a comatose state but it's no longer medically induced. the last time they tried to take him off that medicine, he began having seizures and they had to put him back on. this time he's gone three days, no seizures. he's still on a ventilator, still considered to be in critical condition, but doctors say his vital signs are good. now, his sisters are here at the hospital with him. his parents were here until thursday. they had to go back to northern california but are expected to return to l.a. this week, possibly as soon as tomorrow to begin discussing with doctors whether or not bryan stow is stable enough to move him to a trauma hospital a little bit closer to his home in santa cruz. now, meanwhile police here in los angeles continue to search for the dodgers fans who attacked him. for now that's the very latest from los angeles. angie crouch, nbc bay area news. >> thank you, angie. >>> bryan stow's family received more financial support this af

l.a. dodgers on may 31. ramirez's lawyer says his client wasn't even at the game that day. they say that he spent the day at his aunt's house and that he is willing to take a lie detector test. meantime, the stow family also filed a lawsuit against the dodgers and owner frank mccourt accusing them of failing to provide adequate security at that game and inappropriately exposing stow to the criminal acts of third parties. the family says there wasn't any dodger security in the stadium parking lot where stow was attacked and that it took security guards at least 10 to 15 minutes to arrive after the beating. so they are suing for that. the stow family also wants the dodgers to repay all of the donations that the public sent to them except for a very large gift given to them by barry bonds who has pledged scholarships for stow's two children. so again, that criminal line-up today will hopefully help investigators continue to build their case but they say the fact that they haven't officially criminally filed ramirez -- they haven't officially charged him is not a reflection on
