look at lake effect snow off lake michigan, lake huron, lake ontario. it is colder in the east. back home we have cloud cover with no rain and no fog. we will talk about temperatures stepping out dress for the upper 40's in the north bay valley through concord and fairfield and everyone else in the low-to-mid fists including san ramon at 51 and livermore at 53 and san jose and oakland and 51 in san francisco. you can see the cloud cover is out there but it is at a higher elevation than yesterday. we will have sunshine and it will take a while today because we are at 2,000 feet. we need the ground to get warm. the higher of cloud, the less ground to get warm so temperatures are cooler than acknowledge. warmer this weekend, cooler next week with a transition that usually has rain but it will not happen. the visibility shows through the morning commute you can see cloud cover everywhere cheering by noon but still some hanging along the valleys. by 2:00 that is gone and our cloud cover is out to the coast. temperatures will be in the upper 60's to low 70's through the south bay and
