santa clara deputies are expanding their search area for sierra lamar.n hill teenager was last seen nearly three weeks ago. >> this is the area where she was last seen almost three weeks ago. you can see a missing persons poster here and a yellow ribbon. the search and rescue unit is heading out to search gilroy and san martin, south of morgan hill. the 15 year-old sierra lamar last seen on march 16th headed for this bus stop on a friday morning. investigators believe she was abducted and day of and searching for any sign of her as hundreds of volunteers. the deputies have taken dna samples and they are comparing them to items found near her house last week. the search team heading out this morning includes three specially trained dogs and 20 people. this is another tool they're using right now, it can be scanned with a smart phone that leads you to information as well as twitter and facebook pages along with ways that people can help. so far the sheriff's department has investigated over 1000 tips in this case. >> it is not every day you see a police ch
