landover hills and west landum hills. the fire engine from land over hills arrived first, and the one from west landum pulled up moments late ere. two career firefighters on the first engine were getting ready to put a hose line in the house when two volunteer fighfirst by the doorway and then with a push and a fist it didn't stop there according to the lieutenant, after she walked into the house a different volunteer firefighter grabbed on to her equipment and began to forcefully pull her out of the house. the lieutenant says it only stopped when other firefighters stepped in now jeff miller and christopher kelly are charged with second-degree assault and obstructing firefighters. both were members of the volunteer fire department. the county is not involved in the legal proceedings but the chief says all four firefighters are on leave. the fight was essentially a turf war a petty argument over which engine was in charge of the scene. to the chief, it's simply unacceptable. >> we are all here for the same thing, and when
