we do know that a man was walking his two dogs on larkspur drive just southeast of bellflower drive before 9:00 last night. as he was getting off the trail, he and his dogs were bitten by two other stray dogs. as that was going on, neighbors heard the commotion and went outside to check it out and then they were bitten, too. antioch police arrived at the scene and the two dogs were still there. >> the dogs charged at the officers and the officers fired upon them and killed one. one ran away while still on the scene the other dog came back and we were able to capture that dog, as well. >> i heard the screaming and there was like a bunch of cop cars out here and i was scared and then i heard gunshots and i ran inside and i was like really scared. >> reporter: all four people bitten were either treated at the scene or taken to a local hospital. officers say they had multiple dog bites but they will all be okay. the dogs have been or will be tested for rabies and police say the victims will be notified when the results are in. live in antioch, cate caugiran, kpix 5. >> police are still working

the ferries, do keep in mind that there is extra service this morning on the golden gate ferry, larkspur ferry with extra runs. we are hearing of very long lines at jack london square at the ferry terminal there. also very long lines in san francisco getting to those casual carpool spots heading towards the bay bridge. these a look at "kcbs traffic." here's lawrence. >> low clouds and fog have moved along the coastline overnight. a little thick with dense fog at the beaches right now. so stepping outside a change in the works. the sea breeze has kicked in. you see that fog hugging the coastline there. but most of the interior valleys are clear to partly cloudy skies inside the bay. clouds are going to begin to break up and return to the coastline throughout the day becoming mostly sunny with some very mild temperatures, warm inland and then it looks like a beautiful weekend on tap outside as we are going to see some great fall weather, some night and morning low clouds and fog. high pressure starting to build back into the bay area so temperatures may actually warm a few degrees inland b

we know a man was walking his two dogs on larkspur drive southeast of bellflower before 9:00 last night. he was getting off the trail. he and his two dogs were bit by two other loose dogs. as that was going on, three neighbors heard the ruckus and went out side to check it out and they were bitten, too. antioch police arrived on the scene quickly and the two dogs were still there. >> the dogs charged at the officers and the officers were forced to fire upon the dogs killing one, one of the dogs ran away while still on the scene another dog came back. we were able to capture that dog, as well. >> i heard people screaming and there was like a bunch of cop cars out here and i was scared and i heard gunshots and ran inside and i was like really scared. >> reporter: all four people were either treated at the scene or taken to a local hospital. officers say they had multiple dog bites but will be okay. now, police are also looking for a possible owner of these two dogs. they didn't have tags on them, and neighbors in the area said they hadn't seen them around before. reporting live in antioch

police say a man was out walking his dog late last night on larkspur drive when two other dogs attackedneighbors came out to help that man, they were also hurt. police got to the scene quickly and say they were forced to shoot one of those dogs, that dog later ended up dying. the other one is now under quarantine at the animal shelter. >>> the deputy who shot and killed 13-year-old andy lopez says he can't remember if he identified himself as law enforcement before opening fire and shooting and killing that young man. both dispatch records and eyewitness reports show that only about ten seconds passed between the time the deputy confronted lopez and the actual shooting. >> meantime, hundreds of people take to the streets of santa rosa again chanting andy over and over. they want justice for the teen's death. last week a deputy as we pointed out mistook the boy's replica gun for an ak-47 and shot lopez seven times. those marching believe the shooting was unnecessary and hope to make a change. the fbi now investigating this shooting. >>> right now a check on the halloween forecast. christ
