ktvu's janine de la vega is live at atascadero on the latest on this developing story. >> reporter: ken that's right, 4-year-old jeremy guthrie has been found. he has been reunited with his mother in the last 30 minutes. we're told they're at the police department and that he seems to be okay. now in the last 30 minutes, we also heard that police arrested his alleged kidnapper 53-year- old annette hail in atascadero near an abandoned car dealership. police say hail got into an argument with jeremy's mother at a homeless shelter. when his mom woke up, jeremy was gone and she found a rambling note that led her to believe that hail had kidnapped him. volunteers held a massive search all day looking for hail and the boy. and shortly after 5:00 tonight, jeremy was found and hail was arrested. we're joined right now with rob brim from the atascadero police department. you're a spokesperson. tell me what is the latest, you were able to capture annette hail, how did you do that? >> i'm with the sheriff's office. we're here on mutual aid to help atascadero police. it was a huge effort by people
