i'm sam brock. >> i'm i'm laura garcia-cannon. let's start with meteorologist kari hall who has a look at that microclimate forecast. >> i am happy to tell you it will not be as hot as it was yesterday. temperatures going way down this afternoon. we're starting out at about 60 degrees with clouds and morning fog and some clouds this morning and we'll see some sunshine this afternoon. highs in the 70s and 80s. in the north bay, a high of 83. and the peninsula 78 degrees. but, we will have some warming heading towards the end of the week. so, i'll detail thatting up in the microclimate forecast. let's see how the traffic is moving now with mike. >> we are starting in the south bay because two crashes in the same area. looks like everything is off to the shoulder but the one at tully we have one lane blocked right now and sounds like they have trouble moving that car. that means a backup starting to form for north 101 and 87 also slowing into downtown and seeing the build for the south bay. the rest of your bay looks pretty standard

"today in the bay's" bob redell live on scene with the breaking details. bob, some of those folks had to bust their way out of the house. >> reporter: we know at least one young man who had to do that. right now which are in front of the two homes that were destroyed on anchor drive and you can see where the fire investigators they are focusing attention on that minivan in the driveway trying to see if that might have been the source of the fire, also focusing on a could you please that's off screen to the right. they are looking at two vehicles to see if one of them caused the fire that caused a lot of destruction on anchor drive. th
