let's get a check of the traffic with lauren. >> as the main concern right now is 695, and there is a crash, and just over the inner loop shoulder and the road there and the outer loop, heavy delays, down to 29 miles an hour. and at liberty road. and you are taking a look at interstate 70. traffic is at a standstill, the drive time from 795 to 95, it is going to be 17 minutes. and over in parkville, the inner loop is clear with the push from harford road to 95. but the outer loop is starting to pick up. we're looking at a ride of just about two minutes extra than normal for those of you making the push from 95 up to 83. and 95 in white marsh. 44 miles an hour. south end of the beltway. and there is a crash not far from that scene on westbound pulaski highway at middle river road. more problems in baltimore city with a crash in north charles street at fayette street. and the problems persist over in howard county and columbia, a crash near elliot grove. that is your time saver traffic. >>> today we are expected to learn more about last week's washington navy yard shooting. the fbi is s
