rachel lavine. let me get your reaction so some of these new numbers.s your concern right now as we see pennsylvania emerge as a new hot spot in this country? >> so obviously covid-19 poses a significant public health threat to pennsylvania. we are seeing significant numbers of cases. we're going to be reporting today over 16,000 cases of covid-19 and over 300 deaths. our particular hot spots are in the southeast, that would include philadelphia and then the suburban counties around philadelphia. but also in the northeast, in the lehigh valley and in the hazelt hazelton area are of significant concern. >> let me ask you about one of those hot spots in beaver county. a nursing home there has 42 infections and five deaths. but after consulting with your department, they're now operating under the assumption that all 450 residents and 300 staff may be positive. can you walk us through a little bit of what the thinking behind that is to protect this very vulnerable population and how you came to the conclusion that they pretty much all have it without the t
