either way it's cloudy and cool with on again, off again rain and breaks toward leesberg and the westn here. let's push on to our satellite radar and continue to push through the region. there is your look and you can see the rain showers picking up in intensity the last couple of hours. out to the west it looks like it's all said and done but we'll watch an area of low pressure wind up the coast and that will have a tendency to enhance the moisture during the day. so it's not raining all day long but it will be cloudy and cool and misty out there even where we are not getting the rain and the rain totals are impressive. and maybe an inch to two inches of rain as the system continues to trek off to the east. a cold front coming through and i mentioned we'll watch an area of low pressure develop right here and slide up the coast. that is the other big story. rain today but into the nighttime hours the winds will pick up and it will be gusty during overnight hour and tomorrow winds gusting 25-30 miles per hour out of the north and west. so be ready for winds. temperatures are cool. 59 a
