wesh 2 viewers sent video of the flames burning at lake county citrus sales in leesburg. we' ve learned that business also sells fuel. wesh 2' s dave mcdaniel is live to tell us about the fight to get the flames under control. dave: here in leesburg, you can see that they are still dumping building. basically, it is the lake county citrus sales facility. 5000 square-foot building is now basically a total loss. we want to show you some viewer this was a raging fire. as the verse in shock that video. the fire immediately went to two alarms meaning that they needed a second batch of krista come in . at one point, 35 firefighters on seen a combination of lake county fire and rescue and leesburg fire. the building is a total loss, thankfully nobody was hurt, they do not know what caused it. again, all brought down to try to get the hot put out. state fire marshal' s office has been called in to investigate, but quite honestly, there was so much heat that it may be a while before they have to the site to actually do an investigation. this business also sells non-ethanol fuel fo

michelle: covering lake county, leesburg police continue to look into a deadly accident, that may have been driven by road rage. witt crashed his car into a tree near u.s. highway 27 and vine street yesterday afternoon. that' s next to leesburg high. a woman who heard witt' s car make impact with that tree took out her cell phone to get this video. in it, the front end of the car is crushed. you see the vehicle' s front end smashed, and police breaking the window to get witt out of the car. detectives found out witt was involved in a road rage incident just south of the crash scene near the lee motel. witnesses say after that incident, witt was heading north on us-27 when he veered into oncoming traffic, then crashed into the tree. re asked to call leesburg police. elderly driver who caused a fatal crash in altamonte springs any charges. 75-year-old cynthia guthrie killed a father and son when she car. police say no charges will be evidence of criminal wrongdoing. however, they did issue guthrie a citation for careless driving. brett: sanford police say they want to talk to three peopl

leesburg. i want to go ahead and show you, this used to be the lake county citrus sales. you can see firefighters are on scene, actively putting out some very hot spots in this huge smoldering blaze. it had been here for at least 40 years. joining me now is the chief deputy with the lake county fire rescue. what happened this afternoon, this evening? >> at 808 temperature -- this flames at the 1400 block of center street. crews responded. the first arriving unit found heavy fire. they started attacking the fire. we were able to keep the fire away from the fuel portion of the property here. and about 35 firemen were involved in the suppression effort. it's pretty much knocked down now. we're hitting some hot spots and waiting for the investigator to arrive. >> was anybody hurt in this fire? >> there were no injuries. >> you were telling me this building has been here about 40 years. how important is this business to lease burgs and lake county? >> certainly any commercial building in a city is very important to us. >> what is the next step? you said the fire marshal was on
