this as nice lemony herbie pasta with nice fresh beans.and chopped easily shallots are really easy that way. get that stirred up. while the shallots cook, you're going to slice up some garlic. now, usually i like to grate garlic into any meal that i'm making, but i want to see the slices of garlic in here, and they get really beautiful and soft and creamy, and they just melt right into the pasta. so i've got the pasta already going, just plain old spaghetti, the good stuff, good old fashioned spaghetti that i grew up on. so while this sautes a little bit, we're going to get a little bit of chili pepper, red pepper in here, and this is going to soften up in the butter and olive oil. as that softens up, the pasta is really ready to go because i put it in when we first met you guys, very, very beginning, like 45 minutes ago you're going to use the nice hot pasta water and throw in your snap peas. and you're going to give them a really quick blanch in there so while those guys blanch, and this guy rises up, you're going to throw in a little bi
