montgomery county reporter kevin lewis will have more on this case coming up at 5:00. alison? alison: in d.c. police are looking for the person who shot a teenager to death. it happened last night on 37th street and southeast. police found 16-year-old luke holt of northeast suffering from gunshot wounds and he died at the hospital. police are asking anyone with information in this case to contact them. leon: about 25 minutes ago, fairfax water said a 14-inch break along route 1 in alexandria had been fixed but traffic congestion in the area does continue. right now, only one lane of traffic in each direction is open on richmond highway between fryload and highland lane. this morning eight town homes were affected by this break. residents there were surprised to wake up to find no running water and a flooded street. >> saw the flashing lights and i opened the window and then i saw like water all over like a flood. leon: water service has been restored. that happened before noon. crews hope to finish repairs and fully reopen the roads later tonight. alison: loudoun county sherif
