lindsey vonn looking for her third medal of the games. she's already got a gold and a bronze. but she wiped out during her first run on the giant slalom. she fractured her little finger, setting off a bizarre turn of events. as she lay on the side of the course in pain her teammate, julia mancuso was we leased to start her run. she got a yellow flag on the way down telling her to pull up and stop because vonn was still on the course getting medical attention. mancuso had to go back to the top of the course. she finished well outside the top ten and broke down afterward into what she called tears of frustration. the good news is that the weather delayed the event's second run so she'll get another shot today. she called yesterday's events, quote, ridiculous. saying how could medical staff not get vonn off the course sooner than they did? after her run, she tweeted, quote, this is b.s. expect she used the full word. yesterday's events lent a little more fuel to the rivalry between the teammates, mancuso and vonn. >> and i feel terrible that, you know, i crashed. and i don't want
