as lisa knows, when you go overseas you're only woman always at the table. there are no woman from almost any country you meet with. that is shocking too. we can't solve that for every country in the world but we can certainly be a model. i was going to add one other element i have experiences i don't think we do enough talking about, women can be terrible to women. i have had more male mentors than females by far, by far. and i don't know what that is about. is it about competition. people had to fight hard to get where they are, it makes them nervous. is it not taking time to reach out and mentor younger woman? but we need to be better about that. that is not echoing in a meeting but that is something you can do in your daily life. and you know, that has been frankly a disappointment for me, as i have gone through the last 15 years of my career, in terms of what i have experienced and i'm sure i'm not alone. i hope that people who are 22 now don't experience that. that is probably on people who are in the 30s and 40s to change. that is an active thing we c
