liz claman. liz: the dow just turned negative again. thank you so much. or not. who or what are the investors watching. janet yellen or tim cook at apple. mark zuckerberg of facebook or boeing which came out with decent numbers this morning? the federal reserve just released its statement. the buzzword everyone was watching for was patience, which just describes the fed's state of mind in determining when to raise interest rates. the word remained, however, the fed suggested economic activity was now solid, which seemed to cause a market sell-off after a big jump, initial jump, after investors feared an investment hike would come in june of this year. ceo tim cook caught off guard calling the iphone six sale, quote, staggering. can his might us touch rub off on mike zuckerberg? investors will want to see how mobile app sales are adding up. what about instagram? are they monetizing on that. how much is zuckerberg spending? boeing, forecasting a big jump in cash flow from $4.3 billion to 6.2 billion, sending shares of this dow component sharply higher. what are inv

liz: well, exactly.they could both be right, jeff grossman, and maybe we could get a three-year or a ten-year chart and you can see where it's been, where it might go. what do the traders think for the short term, that goldman's right or moody's? >> i personally think more like the moody's is closer to reality here. again, most of this move on this downside is a bit overdone. i'd like to think, you know, it's deserved in many respects because of the supply and the demand. we're not arguing that point. but when you look where we've come from and where we are now, the markets trade in what i call a more logical matter. we'd be working higher here. i would say mid 50s to low 60s is something you're going to see i'll say in the second quarter of next year. that would make perfect sense. with all the other parameters staying the same. liz: okay. jeff, we've got a ten-year chart now. looking at what we saw mid 2008, we remember, it was july, 149, $150 a barrel. but then in 2009, later this marcor we did see th

liz: yeah. think these an important point to make, gary. when thomas says that, you can't look at all these companies the same and then trade against them thinking they're not going to do well. apple's got overseas exposure, and they may very well kill it after the bell today. gary, what are you seeing in the pits in response, i guess, to this strong dollar that's affecting the united technologies and thetizers of the world? thetizers of the world? >> everybody's been talking about this dollar rise for quite some time now, and once we broke that 95, then we get the numbers out that we got this morning, i mean, this market just went into total chaos. what we've got to look at now and in the near future, very near future, is the euro's ecb. this is going to play huge on the dollar. if that euro continues to slide down, today we saw it rise up because of the dollar's pullback and the weak product numbers that we had out early this morning, we're going to see the dollar continue its run up, and it's

liz: okay. looking at this and seeing that google, if this does pan out, is going to first look for hot spots through sprint and t-mobile. does that leave at&t and verizon out of the game? >> you know, it's probably going to be a solution that will work well in major metropolitan areas if you're traveling far and abroad, you're still going to need your cellular plan. but for people who have other phones, it's going to be an attractive offer because your cell phone bill is expensive, and people will be looking to reduce that. liz: to apple. let's get to the juicy part of this, this report tomorrow. andy, i want to start with you. a lot of people have been so super hot on apple, and the stock up 41% year-over-year, and yet you're kind of neutral on this. why? >> yeah. i mean, it's a little bit of a contrast. we see, certainly, outstanding numbers tomorrow and is probably through march. but the issue is you're dealing with saturated, high-end mobile markets. we already see that start to impact ipad

liz: right.need to see more. mr. secretary, let me jump in because you brought up two things. construction numbers, very good. i'll talk about housing in just a minute if you can deduce any positive moves from that, but first, you also mentioned full-time workers. well, you said 40-hour workweeks plus. obamacare, the full-time definition of 40-hour minimum, the house approved that definition versus a 30-hour minimum. this matters when it comes to people and companies providing health care. my question to you, in your opinion, will the bill that defines full time as 40 hours a workweek, does that bother you? i've always thought 40 hours was full time, but does it bother you? because it doesn't seem the president wants to go in that direction. >> well, you know, we've had a lot of conversations, and i've heard to opponents of the affordable care act say the affordable care act is a job killer. we now have a few years of experience, and we've just had our 58th consecutive month of private sector job
