liz crenshaw reports on news4. our news starts on "news4 at 4:00." >> all right.hank you, pat. >>> time now for a final check on the forecast. here's tom. >> before you go out for your lunch hour you will need an umbrella. here is a live view from our sky watcher camera. mount order our tower in northwest washington. yes, it is raining here now. after we had a respite from the rain for a while this morning. it has returned into the metro area. you can see it is moving in from the west. areas of green on the radar. we are get something of that light rain. see the white? that's snow. yes, it is still snowing out in western maryland. much of west virginia. they can get up to as much as a foot of snow there. these locations in pink, all those counties are under a winter storm warning here until late tonight. then tomorrow morning, rain will be gone. we will see sun and in the 30s. afternoon highs near 60. clouds returning for a while tomorrow afternoon. small chance of a sprinkle. bit after blustery wind. sun back wednesday and maybe can get more rain thursday. again,
