the woman who took lois lerner's place and not testifying but has contributed to the president and hismmissions and those who head them have to be politically blind and that can't come up as an issue. in this case it would have been a germane issue. but nevertheless, she is not part of it. not part of the hearings. investigations ensue.ñrñr groups like yours have not been called. where is all this going? >> well, there's añrñr new chapr in the story and it's going to be a big chapter, and that is that the recent -- we just fount out that lois lerner, during the 2012 election cycle, was secretly offplan, as she calls it, working with top officials in the chief counsel's office at the irs to rewrite the rules so that this targeting could continue with the new groups. listen to what i have to do now. when these new rules pass soon, i'm not allowed to use the words oppose, vote, reject, i am not even allowed to mention a candidate's name, if they're running for office within 60 days of the general election. i can't mention the name of a political party if they have a candidate running with
